Newly arrived Carburetor Parts and Service Kits
Machined from solid aluminium (or aluminum if you prefer...). and can be used in combination with the Cosworth buffer mounts.
Grooved on both sides to accept an O-Ring, these "spacers" ensure an airtight seal between carburettor and manifold.
For the best result, we strongly advise the combination with the Cosworth buffer mounts.
Install the o-rings in the spacers, then install your carb(s) and install the Cosworth mounts using a Nyloc nut (NOT included in the standard set!) and set the distance between the cups to 2 millimeter, using a normal feeler gauge.The buffer is now set to the correct tension to dampen vibrations but not allowing air leaks.
These spacers are supplied in sets of 2 which is enough for one carburettor like a Dellorto 48DHLA, Solex 48ADDHE, Weber 48DCOM or Weber 48DCOE.
Also suitable for the Weber 48DCO/SP but that will require fitting kit FK0002.
These spacers are specifically designed to work with carburetors with 48 mm throttle plate diameter and consequently, the internal hole diameter is also 48 mm.
The plates are some 6 mm think.
The mounting holes measure some 8.5 mm in diameter and are spaced at 72 mm center-to-center.
Sold, and priced, per pair and 2 O-Rings are included per spacer.

Where possible, we do supply original Dellorto emulsion tubes with the famous diamond shaped "Inc" logo.
Originally these emulsion tubes were supplied as type A and type B.The production of both has been stopped by Dellorto several years ago and the stock levels are running low.Only type B still has a limited availability.
The much used version 260B is nowadays reproduced at an extremely high standard to satify the demand for these tubes.

It is Viton-tipped and spring-loaded.
Please note!There are TWO versions of needle valves for the Dellorto VHST which are NOT interchangeable.This version here is the version that has NO metal-wire clip at the top of the needle.The other version WITH this clip van be found HERE.
This needle is used in the seats with size 250 and 270 of our set which you can find HERE.
The body measures 4 mm square.
The length of the body + Viton tip measures 14.95 mm.
The overall length is 18.75 mm.

Measures some 40 mm in height.
Internal diameter bore: circa 43 mm.
Will be supplied with cork gasket and fixing screws.

This is a brand new Weber 40DCOE Carburetor.
It is an authentic Weber, made in Spain.
Equipped with a hand (cable) activated choke (or cold-start device if you prefer that name).
This is version 151 with 3 progression holes.
It is supplied as shown in the picture with a single fuel union and cable-operated lever.
Depending on your set-up, it might be required to purchase a rod-operated lever, balance lever and / or a double fuel union. Please visit the Weber DCOE page for these accessories.
